What Can I Expect from a Session?
As an RTT® Practitioner, John will help you reach a deeply relaxed state to enable you to focus on the important moments in your life’s history. You will review, not relive, relevant past events to extract how those events have led you to create your trauma. Dr Gabor Maté says “We don’t respond to the present moment. We respond to the past.” He is saying that we don’t respond to what happens to us, we respond to our perception and our interpretation of what it means to us.
And Dr Phil McGrath says, “You can’t change what you don’t acknowledge.” Uncovering and acknowledging your issues can be achieved in less than 15 minutes on average. Then the work of healing can begin. You will be helped to uncover the meaning and interpretation you created at the time when the trauma occurred and the resultant beliefs that were formed. You will be able to reframe the way you look at the past, not at the age you were originally, but from your adult perspective today.
Once that has been achieved, you will create and reinforce new, positive beliefs with a personalized audio to listen to for at least 21 days.
And that’s the beauty of healing. When you reframe your beliefs, you will actually see that the source of your beliefs is within yourself.
